B. Domestic Market (India) – Compliance & Standards
• Governed under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.
• Must be approved by CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization).

• Product must be tested for:

    ▪ UAE: Registration with Dubai Municipality – Montaji System.
    ▪ Saudi Arabia: Registration with SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority).
    ▪ Other Gulf countries follow similar Ministry of Health registration.
  2. Safety Documents Required:
