• Customization: Tailor-made per client specifications.
• Global Reach: Europe, USA, Gulf, Japan, China, Australia, India, and beyond.
• Quality: ISO, REACH, CPSIA, BIS, etc.

4. Ordering Policy

Order Placement: Written purchase order/email required.

Minimum Order Quantity: Varies by product.

Order Confirmation: Requires approval, payment, and timeline agreement.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing: Quoted in INR or foreign currency; valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms: Domestic: 50% advance. International: 40-50% advance.

Banking: Axis Bank only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: 4–8 weeks, express option available.
• Responsibility: Ex-Factory/Door Delivery or Incoterms 2020.
• Risk: Passes to client at dispatch.

7. Customs & Compliance

• Clients handle duties, taxes, clearance.
• We provide all required documentation.
• Custom delays are beyond our control.

8. Quality Assurance

Products use premium materials and pass multiple inspections. Defects must be reported within 7 days with evidence.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns: Only for defects or wrong shipments. Custom/used items not accepted.

Refunds: Issued within 30 days via bank transfer after inspection.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, logos, and trademarks belong to Prias Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use will face legal action.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client data and designs remain confidential. Online data is protected by our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, disasters, or strikes. Liability is limited to invoice value.

13. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for non-performance due to natural disasters, unrest, restrictions, transport issues, or pandemics.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian Law. Disputes settled in Noida, UP. International arbitration possible.

15. Amendments

We may update these terms anytime. Clients are advised to review them periodically.
